As of September 13, 2021 all competitors and spectators must provide proof of at least one vaccination per BC Public Health Orders.
For details on the BC Vaccine Card and how to get your card go to https://www2.gov.bc.ca/vaccinecard.html. It’s super easy – you just need to provide your Provincial Health Number, date of birth and the date of your first or second vaccine. Then you can save, print and/or screenshot your vaccine card.
The preferred method of showing proof of vaccination for ADS events is to send Karen Lau a screenshot of your vaccine passport to agiledogsportscanada@gmail.com so that it can be kept it on file for future ADS events. Your private personal health information IS NOT shared with ADS, only your vaccination status.
When the BC Government informs the public about further vaccines or other required health measures we will update our protocols to comply.
Thank you for your cooperation on this matter and stay safe and healthy always!
