“Ace has his CDX obedience title as of March 2009, his Canadian show championship title in Feb 2009 and his Canadian field championship in September 2009. 10 points are required for field championships in both Canada and the US and some points can be obtained before a dog is fully “broke” in what are known as puppy and derby dog stakes. Ace has points for wins in these stakes in the U.S., where he was judged against dogs of similar age for his hunting ability (essentially his ability to find game birds). He is working towards his American field championship.”
